Vendor Information



We are now accepting applications from crafters and vendors.

Fill out the form below with your space request. We will contact you when your application is approved and you will be given instructions for paying by mail. Keep an eye out for this email, as we can only hold spaces for a short time before moving on to other interested participants.

We have three sizes of booths. Our smaller booths are 5x10' and cost $20. These spaces DO NOT have electric available and are aisle spaces, with no wall. Our larger spaces are 10x10' and are along a wall. These spaces have electric included. It is your responsibility to provide safe extension cords if needed. The larger spaces are $30. We also offer XLarge corner wall spaces for $50. These are a double space with a 10x10' attached to a 10x15' space, in an L shape on the corner. **XL spaces are sold out at this time.

We ask each booth for a donation of a raffle item of their choosing for the fire department Chinese Raffle.

Do you need a table?

If your application is accepted, we will hold your space for two weeks after we send your acceptance email to allow time to submit payment by mail. Spaces not paid within that time will be offered to the next requesting participant. We reserve the right to accept or reject ANY application to meet the needs of our show. Submission of this form is NOT a guarantee of space in the show. Your booth is not confirmed until we have accepted your application and received clear payment. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued unless the show is cancelled. Booth spaces may not be transferred or sublet.
